Damages and Issues:
**Advisory on Candle/Fragile Item Shipments**
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Please be advised that while we take every precaution to ensure your items arrive to you safely, we have no control over circumstances once the package leaves our shop.
All orders are automatically enrolled in Route Package Protection at checkout. We recommend that you DO NOT opt out of Route Package Protection at check out to ensure that your order if it is damaged, lost, or stolen they will ensure that cost /loss is covered by Route at no additional fee. We DO NOT guarantee or replace broken candles or any other glass/fragile items until additional handling insurance is purchased through Route Package Protection. If an item arrives to broken, you must file a claim directly with the carrier in question. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to purchasing.
We cannot be held responsible for lost OR stolen packages not insured through Route Package Protection although we will do our best to work on this with you, should this problem happen please contact us.
