Processing Time

Please allow 1–4 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment.

The shipping method selected at checkout refers to the carrier's estimated transit time after your order has been processed and shipped. Selecting Priority, Express, Next Day, 2-Day, or any other expedited shipping service does not expedite our standard processing time.

If you require expedited processing or need your order by a specific date, you must contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate time-sensitive requests; however, delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by Cosmic Healing, LLC prior to purchase.

Shipping Rates & Automatically Calculated Shipping

Shipping rates are primarily based on the weight and size of the items in your order. candles, stones, glass items, and other heavy or fragile products require additional protective packaging and may cost more to ship than smaller or lightweight merchandise.

Product weights listed on our website are approximate. The final shipping weight may include boxes, protective materials, and other packaging necessary to safely ship your order. Package weights and dimensions may also be rounded in accordance with carrier requirements.

Shipping charges displayed and collected at checkout are automatically calculated by our website's shipping system and are estimates. The amount collected at checkout may differ from the actual cost of the shipping label when your order is packed, weighed, measured, and prepared for shipment.

Final shipping costs are determined by the applicable carrier based on the completed package's actual or dimensional weight, dimensions, destination, service level, and carrier rates in effect when the shipping label is purchased.

The shipping amount displayed or collected at checkout should therefore not be interpreted as a representation or guarantee of the exact amount Cosmic Healing, LLC will pay the shipping carrier.

Shipping Underages & Rate Discrepancies

Occasionally, the shipping system may calculate and collect an amount that is less than the actual cost required to ship an order.

In the event of a shipping underage or rate discrepancy, Cosmic Healing, LLC reserves the right, at its discretion, to:

• Adjust or substitute the shipping carrier or shipping service to accommodate the amount collected;

• Request payment of the additional shipping cost necessary to purchase the originally selected or requested shipping service; or

• Offer another available shipping option when appropriate.

We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate shipping carrier and service based on the amount collected, actual package weight and dimensions, destination, carrier availability, package requirements, and current carrier rates.

When reasonably possible, we will select a comparable shipping service. However, a shipping underage may result in a different carrier, service level, or estimated transit time.

If additional postage is required to maintain a specific expedited service, we may contact the customer to collect the difference before shipment. Orders may be held until any required additional shipping payment is received.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that shipping charges are automatically calculated estimates and agrees to these terms regarding shipping rate discrepancies and carrier/service adjustments.

Shipping Carriers & Standard Shipping

We primarily ship through USPS and UPS. Cosmic Healing, LLC reserves the right to select or substitute carriers and shipping services when necessary due to package requirements, carrier availability, service disruptions, destination, shipping restrictions, or differences between the amount collected at checkout and the actual shipping cost.

Unless an upgraded shipping service is selected, orders generally ship using USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or another available ground service.

Estimated ground transit time is generally 3–5 business days after shipment, although carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Certain products, including colognes, spiritual waters, perfumes, fragrances, and other restricted liquids, may be required to travel by ground transportation regardless of other shipping services displayed or available at checkout.

Express & Expedited Shipping

Express and expedited shipping services may be available at checkout or upon request.

Expedited shipping applies to carrier transit time only and does not include expedited order processing unless expressly arranged with Cosmic Healing, LLC before the order is placed.

Because shipping charges are automatically calculated before an order has been fully packaged, the amount collected for an expedited shipping service may differ from the actual carrier cost once the final package weight and dimensions are determined.

If the system undercharges for an expedited shipping service, Cosmic Healing, LLC may, at its discretion, request payment of the difference or adjust the shipping service in accordance with the Shipping Underages & Rate Discrepancies policy above.

If your order must arrive by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm processing availability, shipping costs, carrier options, and estimated delivery times.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless the applicable carrier expressly provides a guaranteed service. Cosmic Healing, LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, service interruptions, or other circumstances occurring after a package has been transferred to the carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns of eligible merchandise are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened where applicable, and returned in their original condition.

For health, safety, sanitary, and customization reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Consecrated, blessed, ritualized, personalized, or customized items
• Herbs
• Soaps
• Spiritual baths
• Oils
• Colognes and spiritual waters
• Washes
• Opened tarot or oracle decks
• Other opened, used, or altered products that cannot reasonably be resold

You must contact us before returning an item. Please do not send merchandise back without authorization, as we cannot properly identify or track unauthorized returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cosmic Healing, LLC does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for voluntary returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized by us due to an error on our part or an eligible defective item.

If a return generates additional carrier charges, return-to-sender fees, interception fees, or other transportation costs, those amounts may be deducted from the eligible merchandise refund.

For returns valued over $50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Cosmic Healing, LLC cannot issue a refund for a return that is not received by us.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed after the merchandise has been received and inspected.

REFUSED, INTERCEPTED & RETURN-TO-SENDER SHIPMENTS

If you refuse delivery, request that a shipment be intercepted or returned after it has been dispatched, or a package is returned to us by the carrier, the merchandise portion of an eligible order may be refunded after the package has been returned to and received by Cosmic Healing, LLC.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The customer is also responsible for any return shipping charges, carrier interception fees, return-to-sender fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, or other expenses incurred as a result of returning the shipment. These costs may be deducted from the merchandise refund.

A request to cancel or return an order after it has been transferred to the shipping carrier does not guarantee that the shipment can be successfully intercepted. Carrier interception and return services are subject to carrier availability and policies.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, had a shipping label created, or been transferred to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If we are able to intercept or recover an order after shipment, the transaction will be handled according to our Refused, Intercepted & Return-to-Sender Shipments policy above.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Advisory on Candles & Fragile Items

We take precautions when packing candles, glass products, stones, and other fragile merchandise. However, once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transportation and handling are outside of our direct control.

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@shopcosmichealing.com so that we can evaluate the issue.

For damaged merchandise, please retain the item and all original packaging materials, as photographs and/or packaging may be required to process a carrier or shipping-protection claim.

We may require photographs showing:

• The damaged item
• The internal packaging
• The exterior shipping package
• The shipping label

Please do not discard the damaged merchandise or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

SHIP SHIELD PROTECTION

Additional shipping protection may be available through Ship Shield Protection.

Coverage for damaged, lost, or stolen merchandise is subject to the terms and conditions of the protection purchased with the order.

Orders shipped without additional shipping protection may be subject to the applicable carrier’s claims process and coverage limitations.

RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ORDERS

Cosmic Healing, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders or services when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, abusive or threatening conduct, misuse of our services, violation of our policies, product or service restrictions, or circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling an order.

Any cancellation or refund initiated by Cosmic Healing, LLC will be handled according to the circumstances of the transaction and applicable law.

READING REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All reading sales are final once the reading has begun.

Cosmic Healing, LLC reserves the right to terminate a reading or consultation due to abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, or otherwise unacceptable conduct.

Refunds will not be provided when a reading or consultation is terminated because of a client’s inappropriate conduct.

For scheduled telephone, electronic, or digital readings, we will make up to three attempts to reach you using the contact method provided for your appointment during the first 10 minutes of your scheduled session.

If we are unable to reach you during that period, the appointment will be considered missed and may be forfeited without refund.

Once a reading has continued beyond the first 10 minutes, the service will be considered rendered and is non-refundable.

Clients are responsible for having an adequate internet, telephone, or other connection necessary to participate in their scheduled session. Technical issues originating from the client’s equipment, connection, or service provider do not automatically qualify the appointment for a refund.

RITUAL & SERVICE PURCHASE POLICY

New clients purchasing a ritual or service that requires prior approval must contact Cosmic Healing, LLC at hello@shopcosmichealing.com or through our website chat before purchasing, as instructed on the applicable service page.

Where a service specifically requires approval before purchase, failure to obtain the required approval may result in cancellation and refund of the purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following all instructions provided on the applicable product or service page.

If a ritual, service, or customized product requires customer information, photographs, names, birth information, intentions, or other details, the customer is responsible for providing the requested information accurately and within the required timeframe.

Where specifically disclosed on the applicable product page, failure to provide required personalization or ritual information may result in the item being prepared without personalization or according to the default option described in the listing.

Due to order volume, Cosmic Healing, LLC cannot guarantee individual reminders requesting information that was already identified as required on the product page, service description, checkout instructions, or FAQ.

Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable requirements before completing their purchase.
