Orders are processed within in 3-5 business days of receipt of an order. Generally as a rule of thumb orders are shipped out every week on Tuesday's and Friday's unless otherwise stated via a banner on the website.

Items less than 1lb ship First Class Mail 3-5 business days with the exception of Colognes, Spiritual Waters & Fragrances which must be shipped via Ground shipping within continental U.S. All items over 1lb generally ship priority mail 1-3 days or Ground 2-8 days (best rate available). Please make sure the shipping address is error-free as refunds will not be issued to orders with incorrect address information.
Express Shipping Class: Available upon request. Please contact us prior to placing an order to ensure that we can accommodate your specific delivery time.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations this includes spiritual colognes, perfumes, and fragrances. Taxes and tariffs set by the receiving country are the customer's responsibility.
International orders may take up to 21 days based on customs. Please also note due to higher volumes during the holidays it may take longer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Please be advised that while we take every precaution to ensure your items arrive to you safely, we have no control over circumstances once the package leaves our shop.
All orders automatically qualify for Route Package Protection at checkout. We strongly recommend that you DO NOT remove Route Package Protection and purchase this additional insurance at check out to as this will ensure that your order if it is damaged, lost, or stolen Route Package Protection will assume costs and any loss, damage, stolen item(s) is covered by Route at no additional fee. Buyer assumes all responsibility for an order if it is damaged, lost, or stolen as we DO NOT guarantee or replace broken candles or any other glass/fragile items until additional handling insurance is purchased through Route Package Protection. If an item arrives to you broken, you must file a claim directly with the carrier in question. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to purchasing.
We cannot be held responsible for lost OR stolen packages not insured through Route Package Protection although we will do our best to work on this with you, should this problem happen please contact us.
